Great coffee!

From the scent of the coffee as soon as the beans are ground, to the aroma as it brews, this coffee is designed to make the morning worth starting. Then we get to the flavor. Have you ever noticed coffee never seems to taste quite as good as it smells? Even as straight up black coffee, the flavor of Princess Town is wonderful, and without the harsh edge other coffees can have. (Don't get me started on the burnt flavor of black Starbucks. Twice tried, never again.) Try it- you'll enjoy every sip.

Princes Town Blend

A nod to the royal charm of Princes Town, a historic area nestled in Trinidad’s southern heartland and rich with cultural heritage and lush landscapes. The Princess Town Blend is a regal brew, featuring a full-bodied profile with warm caramel sweetness, hints of tropical fruit, and a smooth, lingering finish.

Inspired by the vibrant community and agricultural legacy of the region, this blend is a perfect homage to the area’s coffee and cocoa traditions. Sip on the Princes Town Blend and experience a cup steeped in history, flavor, and the essence of Trinidadian pride.

This Blend is a masterful combination of Guatemalan and Ethiopian beans, each roasted separately to preserve their distinct characteristics before being harmoniously blended.

Like Princes Town, Trinidad, a place shaped by diverse influences and rich traditions, this blend unites Guatemala’s velvety chocolate notes with the floral and citrus brightness of Ethiopia’s highlands. The result is a perfectly balanced cup—bold yet smooth, vibrant yet refined—a tribute to the resilience and heritage of those who make both Princess Town and these coffee-growing regions so special.
